Extension Mobility -- keep request login...

Hi, I'm a newby in this field, and first time try to use this forum referred by somefriend. I wonder if I can some help as I know it might be simple question for all the expert here.

I couldn't get the Extension mobility work. I have verified several aspects :

1. CCM does has Extension mobility service started.

2. Device Profile Default was created with subscription for Extension Mobility service.

3. A device profile was created by using the device profile default.

4. A user was created in the Global Directory, and associated with the Extension Mobility service.

5. Also I have verified the model of the phone is matching on Device Profile and the phone I'm using

After all this I start to try Extension Mobility login. However after I put in User ID and password, it pop back to login page "

User Name: (I put user ID)

Password: (I Put user PIN)

Enter User Id and Password

Can some one tell me what do I miss here ? Thanks for your help !

To resolve this issue, perform these steps:

From Cisco CallManager, select Device > Phone.

Find the phone by the Directory Number (DN) it currently has and click the logout button.
