Extension mobility - login unsucessful (Login unavailiable (3))

Hi All,

I am having CUCM cluster 8.0.3 running. I am having problem with Extension mobility service as follows after changing the application user 'ccmsysuser' password.

Login response - login unsucessful (Login is unavailiable (3))

None of the users are not able to login or logout in EM .

Please advise .

Nayeem,

Have you verified, that the "CCMSysUser" account didn't get locked out or has the "User Must Change at Next Login" checked? You can check this, by going into the CCMSysUser account and clicking on "Edit Credentials"

Is DBReplication between servers fine?

u can check utils dbreplication runtimestate from CLI or from unified reporting tool .
