Extension Mobility Logout issue

Hi 

We have EM with CUCM 9.1 

When one user logged in EM Profile in one Phone, without login out he is trying to Login again in another phone... Then I need to Force logout in Previous profile, how can I do this ?

Change the multi login EM service parameter in CUCM to:

Auto Logout: When a user logs into a second device, they are automatically logged out of the first device.

Hi @sasith_90,

In the CUCM Administration Page (http://x.x.x.x/ccmadmin), Go to System > Service Parameters > Select the Server > Select Cisco Extension Mobility > In Intra-Cluster Multiple Login Behaviour > Auto Logout.
