I have CUCM 9.1 on BE6000, and have enabled Extension Mobility. I am unable to use numeric logins. I have set the "Alphanumeric User ID" option to false under service parameters for Extension mobility, but it doesn't accept. Still uses alpha-numeric and I have tried restarting the service as well.
The server was actually restarted over the weekend and when checking this morning the login is now numeric only. Strange thing though, is that since the reboot, i can toggle between alpha-numeric and numeric-only without any intervention, I.e. No service restarts or server reboots.
Just for interest sake, do you know why this could possibly have been an issue?
