I setup extension mobility in Call manager but I am having a problem with the login. When i hit the services button i displays extension mobility but there is no place to enter the credintial information. I am running CUCM 8.6.1. I have ensured that extension mobility service is running on both publisher and subscriber, I have reset the Call manager service that is said i must when I activated the extension mobility in service paramaters. I have created the extension mobility phone service using http://<ipaddr>:8080/emapp/E<AppServlet?=#DEVICENAME#, xml service standard IP Phone Service and check enable. I built the device profile for hte phone. I have configured the user I have allowed control from CTI made my profile controlled. I have enabled device mobility selected the primary device. I have configured the phones to enable extension mobility and subscribed to extension mobility.
However there is no place to enter the login on the phone.

Reset the phone, if that does not work delete and add the service.

Thank you I updated the URL and updated the subscription, however i am still getting the same thing.
