Extension Mobility with Hunt-Busy option

Hi,

For a group of IT users we have implemented EM on CME 8.6...For the same group i have Hunt configured. This setup is working fine.

My requirement is:

1. If one of the logged in phone is busy (means already in a call), he/she shouldn't get the new call though he is in the hunt.

2. If one of the phone is not logged in, that phone shouldn't get the new call though it is in the hunt.

Is this possible? Kindly suggest.

Hi,

I think the feature to are explaing is hunt group login/logout - HLOG.

Your users press a key to to make their line available or NOT from the hunt group
