Extension Mobility working differently on 7960 and7970

Extension mobility works within our cluster with the Cisco 7960 phones. I have configured a new device profile, on the same user account so that we can log in with 7970?s.

I can now log on to the 7970 using the 7970 profile, but when I select the ?services? button again to log out, ?Host Not Found? is displayed.

I have done both fixes in the Troubleshooting Features and Services to no avail.

Any other ideas? CM Ver 4.1(3)

Could you please verify what is configured for Services under the Device Profile you are using to login with EM?

Also gather sniffer capture to check what IP Phone is requesting

Make sure IP is configured instead of hostname for both services URL and EM URL.
