Hi

You've subscribed the phone to the EM service.

When you log in, the phone properties (lines, config, and services) applied to the phone are the ones from the Device Profile you have logged in with. As you haven't subscribed the Device Profile to any services, you get the default prompt you have seen.

So what you need to do is ensure that you subscribe all your Device Profiles to the EM service as well.

Regards

Aaron
