Extension Mobility

Hi,

I am using CUCM7.1.3 and want to enable Extension Mobility. i have 2 queries.

1. when a user log into cisco phone, is there a way that phone will logout if the phone is not in use for sometime.

2. Again the user can relogin using the PIN.

Need urgent help, thanks in advance.

In Extension Mobility Service Parameter,

Change "Enforce Maximum Login Time" to True then adjust "Maximum Login Time" as you like.

Thanks, but is this possible for each user separately. also this would not work based on logged in time rather it should work based on usability. if the phone is not in use for say 5 mins then it would automatically logout and this time can be adjusted for each phone where user is logging in.

is that also feasible?

Individual logout times are not supported in any version of CUCM.

It would be a useful feature if Cisco decided to implement it.
