Extension Mobility

Hi Everyone,

I am tring to get extension mobility up and everything seems to be ok except I am getting Host not found on the service menu. I have a uc500 running 12.4 xw7 any help would be greatfully recieved.

Supported Software, Firmware, Locales, and Languages for Cisco Unifed 500 Series UC520-4.2(0)

The following Cisco Unified CME 4.2 features are not supported on a Cisco Unified Communications 500 Series system at this time:

· Media encryption (SRTP) on Cisco Unified CME

· Interoperability with Cisco Unified Call Contact Center Express (Unified CCX)

· Extension mobility

Hi Rob,

Thanks for the response, however I now have the system working for some reason the phone system is only responding to http requests on the netword side address and not the phone side IP.

I guess this feature has been installed in the latest release as it is now operational.
