Extension moiblity Redundancy Issue

Hi,

To  cater redundancy for EM we have created 2 EM service: EM-1 & EM-2. I  can find both of these EM services on any IP phone, i can login as  well. The problem that i am facing is: once i logged in chssing EM-1 or  EM-2, if i press the Service button, i can find 4 EM-1 & 4 EM-2  services available on the phone though only 2 (1 for EM-1 & 1 for  EM-2) are actually configured. Where from rest of the services are  coming?

Has anyone ever experienced such issues?

Those should be coming from the subscriptions on the phone or UDP.

Have you already checked there???

Hi Java,

I deleted all UDP from the system. I uploaded the new UDP using BAT where only EM-Primary & EM-Secondary is called. Post uploading of the new BAT to the system, still I can find 8 EM-Primary & 8 EM-Secondary services showing in UDP..Any clue on this..
