I have several extensions registered with a CME Version 4.0(0) and one of this extensions simply stopped.
Above a secction of the sh ephone-dn summary command, the status is down couse i asked the user to disconect the network and power (poe switch) but it still like this for 3 days. I've tried to reset/restart the ephone and it doesnt worked. I even cant delete the ephone/ephone-dn couse cme says that there is one active call.
The workaround that i used was give to the user a new exetension number.
50/0/79 1 DOWN NONE None - S_WAIT_RELEASE EFXS_W_SETUP_ACK_ONHOOK
Any suggestions on how to make the original extension work again?
