I am presently upgrading a location from Avaya to CUCM 8.5. I have an enviorment that requires an external bell for a specific extension that is used as a hot line. I am trying to determine how I can get an incoming call on the hotline, to ring simultaneously on a 7965 phone and an external ringer. Any assistance on how this can be configured would be greatly appreciated.
