external caller ID - Name and Number?

Hello,

Currenty we have our individual numbers show through the external number mask.

Can we also add a name to our Caller ID as well as the number?

enable the display IE delivery on the gateway and check if your telco supports this, also if available check if this is for free or if you need to pay for that since several telcos do not offer this within the basic service but as an additional service

if I enable this, what field will be sent for the name called ID?

In certain parts of north america you can set any name or number you want in outgoing call and will be presented to the callee. Check with your telco what they do offer.
