External calls are having a delay in voice (silence of 4-6 seconds in b/w)

This site is equiped with a 2 vg200 gateways for handling IN/OUT calls FXO connections 4ports each on vg200's.2 routers (1760 and 2621XM).

Routers are responsible for the internal calls in the same organisation, which also can act on SRST mode.

The problem persists for both IN and OUT calls from the site
