Dear team,
I would like to block external incoming call for one of my extension
Kindly help to do this.

This topic has been discussed hundreds of times in supportforum. you can broaden you search and get the documents.
quickly, if you want to block all incoming calls for a particular extension, you can assign it to different partition to which the PSTN GW or Trunk don't have access (the inbound CSS should not have this different partition under it)

Thanks Suresh for your prompt reponse.
The solution you have given i have serched thrugh cisco search.
can i do it in a seprate way as i dont have access to work with MGCP GW and CSS.

No other way, you need to have access to CUCM to do this.

I don't know your setup but if you have H323/SIP gateway I think you can use dial-peers and voice translation rules with block option to reject some calls...more on:
