I am looking for a product can support external MOH for our CUCM 8.5. I am currently running CUCM on VMware so moh-usb-audio is not an option for me. it seems only option i have is use Fixed Moh Audio Source with moh-usb-audio. Is there any other options do i have here. Anybody know or used different solution? My company have X,Y,Z brand and would like to use some kind of external MOH server and use different MOH for X,Y,Z brands.

Actually since he's looking for external MOH sources he would need to combine the above with the external moh source config:
HTH
java

Hey Java -
Im assuming you can simply add in the moh file in the config for other recordings then for this correct? And on the device , simply select which file1.wav or file2.wav to play at the router.

Hi Vatter, we are looking to do the same thing with Muzak live feed to CUCM 8.5 VM. Just curious, were you able to get this working?

I was really close to configure this but my management drop the ball. I have to refresh my memory but per Cisco documentation, you can certainly configure this using FXO or T1(E&M) card. Per people who implemented this suggested to use T1 card option.
