Hi all, we have added a number of exernal numbers and user mobil phone number in the Corporate Directory of CUCM. At mommnet, when incoming call made by those number, IP phone showes the phone number only. Is there any way that we can make the phone to show the name instead of the number. Many thanks.

You need to be a partner and have UC specializations to be entitled for PDI services.
The link works fine so it's either your credentials or a browser problem.
Most likely a browser problem so just try another one.

No, such feature is not implemented in CUCM.
Paolo has a script for that if you're interested
