Using CUCM 7.0 (1)

have setup extn mobility service and can login fine.

when I try to logout, I press services, but I get a blank screen.

I have tried it on 2 different clusters with the same result. Have I forgotten to do something?

configure defaulf device profile

device>device setting>default device profile

I hadn't subscribed the device profile to the service
