FAC and ring out malfunction

Hi experts

i have configured forced authorization codes and works fine except that after entering the code, the phone continues showing "Enter authorization code" while the called phone is ringing. There is silence and you only realise that the call has gone through when its picked and the phone shows connected. If i disable FAC, the phone shows "ring out" normally. anyone knows what it is?
