I really did not know how else to title the problem. We just implemented FAC on our Cluster for LD and Int calls. When you dial an LD number it prompts you for the FAC. However, once you put it in it takes approximately 20 secs for the call to go thru. If I press # it goes thru right away. I tried using different codes in case one of them was matching a DN or another RL but the problem still persisted. We did it after hrs so it wasnt due to heavy usage. I have never ran into this problem before with other CUCM systems. Im going to wait till tomorrow and hope that it was due to DB replication going on or something along those lines. Didnt get a chance to check the logs or usage with RTMT though.
