FAC (Forced Authentication Code) adding to Number when press redial button on 9971 with CUCM 7.1

Hi All,

good morning,

hope all of you doing well.

I have a problem with my CUCM 7.1 and Cisco 9971 IP Phone.

IP Phone 9971 have International Calling Priviliage with FAC ( Forced Authentication Code ) Enabled .

When Dial Number  9. 001 123- 456- 789 , and Enter FAC 3355 call establishing successfully.

when redial it again its shwoing on Display 9.001 123-456-789-3355 and getting message call can't be completed.

CUCM version 7.1

9971 Firmware : 9971 .9.0.2

Please guide me....!!!

FAC numbers should be presented as *, instead of the actual code, to be
routed properly.

Dear Nik,

I think you answered for me , while type FAC code 3355 , insted of showing **** it showing number (3355) itself.

My problem,

When Dial Number  9. 001 123- 456- 789 , and Enter FAC 3355 call establishing successfully.

when redial it again its shwoing on Display 9.001 123-456-789-3355 and getting message call can't be completed. Because no such number exist.

THis is an enhancement request as of now, i dont see a fix for this as of now..
