FAC not showing in Conference calls

Hi,

I am using CM5.1.3. FAC codes are not shown in Conference calls other than the first one in CDR. Any way by which these calls can be billed to the conference initiator.

What is the process you use for the conference?

Ad-hoc.

User A dials User B

User A dials User C and does a conference.

User A dials User D and includes in conference.

fac is used for every call made in the conference.

Ideally it should show all the calls with the code used by User A but nothing is reflected in CDR.

OK, so if i understand correctly you only see FAC for A call B. right?

You should see it for the direct call from A to C, but not when C joins the conference as that is other call leg in which FAC has nothing to do.
