FACs doesn't work

Hi i am creating facs and they are registered in the SQL table. But when i want make a call i introduce the code but the call doesn?t works. I have a cluster of callmanager but all the phones are registered to the publisher. Any ideas, thanks for the help

You should hear a tone and then put in your FAC code. If you don't hear the tone then you are probably not hitting the correct route pattern. It doesn't matter where you have your phones registered to the FAC's should work as long as you are hitting the route pattern where they are associated to.
