Fail to import users to Unity Connection From CUCM

Hi all,

I'm configuring the Unity Connection  9.1.2.10000-10  for import users from the cucm 10.0, but when i add the AXL server it fail, and show this error

 Failed to send message to remote AXL server. Please check error log for more details.

Make sure the user account being used on Unity Connection is present in UCM and that it has Standard AXL API access.

Also, make sure that the AXL service is started on CUCM.

Hi George,

The account being used is correct and the service is running in the cucm.

I restarted the service and tested creating other account, but the problem continue.
