Failed forwarding calls by Unity Connection to Route Points

Hi all,

I have Unity Connection which should forwards calls according to caller digit input. it is configured to forward to Route Points. Could we make calls to route points only using G.711 like CTI Ports.

Setting the forward on failure option on a CTI Route Point only forwards an "initiated" call. That means if the call has been routed to the IPCC server from the Route Point, and then the Route Point fails, the call will be routed accordingly.
