Failed to acquire lines on Call connector with UC520
Can Anyone help me out with the Call Connector issue please?
My customer is using UC520 and licensed Call connector. The call connector is not working, on starting the UCC it says "Failed to acquire line".
Its a client/server model. I wanted to install it from beginning but the customer doesn't know the PAK-ID, can I find the PAK-ID by any means?
I didn't look into UCC server yet.
The customer has a weird config, they can't dial to coworkers on their extension, they use full DID. I changed this so that they can dial each other by xxxx extensions, but then they were not able to dial out to any mobile or landline numbers,, That is really weird. Customer is not bothered because there is not much staff..
My thoughts were its not acquiring the lines, because of extension dialling not working...as you have to mention how many digit of extension in Call connector client.
Please correct me if I am wrong, I didn't work on Call connector before and help me to get rid of this issue..
