failure of analoge phone dial tone

we have configured the router 3640 for srst with callmanger 4.1.2 . once the gateway fallback to h323 from mgcp , we have noticed that the analoge phone is not able to produce dial tone. but we are able to communicate from ip phone to analoge phone during srst and viceversa is not possible. immidiate reply is highly appreciate.

That analogue is in the FXS interface of the 3640 itself?

Or was registered with CCM using MGCP?

Could you please upload your config and debug vpm signal|debug voice ccapi ino to see what is happening?

1. the analog phone is connected in the fxs interface.

2.yes, it registered with ccm using mgcp. also provides dial tone.
