Failure to call CCX over SAF enabled SIP trunk

Hello.

We have multiple clusters in our company and route calls using SAF and SIP trunks.

One of our support numbers is on CCX, the call fails when it is translated into the CTI ports.

We use "fake" numbers on the CTI ports, these are not advertised in SAF, do I need to do that?

As soon as the translation form the application number to the CTI port number is made we just get a fast busy signal.

Anyone that can help?

Thank you,

Alex

The CTI port DNs most likely

The CTI port DNs most likely need to be advertised in SAF as well.  Can you collect CallManager traces from the cluster originating the call and the cluster the CTI RP/CTI ports for UCCX are registered to?
