Fake Display in Callerid on Phone

I recently migrated a CallManager 4.23 system to 6.11b. All went very well. The one problem that seems to haunt the users here and there is when they place a call the display will show "fake display" then it will go away and be replaced with valid callerid information. I have seen this in two 4.x to 6.1 migrations, but it is next to impossible to reproduce so it is hard to gather any info.

Has anyone else seen this?

This is a known bug - CSCsi69413

I believe the fix is to upgrade the gateways code.
