fast dial

I have a CME 3.3 with 7902, 7912 and 7940 IP phones and I want to do fast dialing for certain numbers.

For example, I'd like that from any phone, the user dial the number 300 and it were converted to the 964812510 ( the number of my head office )

How can I do it?

Santi, there is more than one way.

One, use one of the various speed / fast / bulk dials.

Two, create a dedicated ephone-dn, and set CFA to the desired number under it.

Three, create a pots dial peer, with a replacement rule.
