Call arrive at FXO port and hits fax detect application on incoming dial-peer. Because fax detect application is in connect-first mode, it will first make outgoing call to my IVR engine number, and IVR answers "wellcome to xyz...". If GW hears CNG tones, it will disconnect call leg to IVR machine and forward the call to fax machine.
My problem is how can I define extension number of fax machine in my fax detect aplication configuration?
Just to clear up once more, if IVR extension is 500 and fax extension is 501, when GW receives call and forwards it to 500, how can it redirect call to fax machine when it hears CNG tones from calling fax machine?
In this document there is no explanation if fax machine is on other extension
