I don't think CallManager has any control over that at all. I beleive that if that information is appear on the sent fax, it is because that information is captured by the sending fax and incorporated into the sent document. It would have to be a setting on the fax itself. FAC and CMC are not sent out to the PSTN and certainly wouldn't be carried by the PSTN in public call signaling, like ANI or Caller ID.
