a my new cuctomer had a CCM 3.3 with about 100 phone and 3 branch office that use CCM to phone services. All branch office are connected to headquarter with a VPN (all device are Cisco, switch, PIX, router and voice gateway). With voice call all works fine, in headquarter and in branch office.
They have the problem only, in branch office, when they try to use the fax with ATA186 (with same ATA the voice call works), it seem that the fax start but after some second it disconnect.
I alreay check if there are any compression o codec, but it seem are ok. The problem are only when there are a VPN (internet) between ATA and PSTN.
I didn't do this configuration, what can I check, any ideas?
