Few Incoming calls for CME not working

Strange is that, right now i configured the same ephone-dn for a 7965 (button 1:21) phone and it workied !!!

But if I revert again the back ephone-dn for the existing 7952 phone, it not working.

Cisco Employee

Few Incoming calls for CME not working
