find directory number displays wrong number

Hi,

Has anyone seen this:

Callmanager 6.1.2.1000-13 and extension mobility enabled.

The DN of the phone is 800, EM DN is 112.

I can login, everything works fine, except that when I search for 112 on the Callmanager page (device/phone) I can not find it and I still see the 800 number.

Is this a bug or has anyone seen this before?

Thanks,

Bye,

JH

JH,

I dont think this is a bug, as you are searching for an extension physically on the phone using the phone menu. I can see where you are coming from when you do a search when you are logged in, but thats not how it works.

You can find the directory number whether its EM or Phone using the Call Routing>Directory number or Call Routing>Route Plan Report

Thanks

Paul

Works different from previous versions then (cm 4 and 3)

Thanks,

Jan

It works differently. You can still search by this, but it's an extra step.

Go to Device / Phones, then choose the related link "Actively Logged In Device Report" (top-right of screen). You can then search by Directory Number of the logged in user as before.

I have figured it out now.

It is indeed some extra work, don't like it though. Maybe Cisco comes with an more user friendly solution.

Thanks,

Jan
