Is there a firmware upgrade between P00308000500 and P00308010200 for cisco 7940 phone. I tried to look for a matrix table can not find one.

Hi Burney,
You can move straight from 8.0.5 to 8.1.0. If there are interim requirements they
are always shown in the "Installation Notes" section of the Firmware release notes

Yes. 8.1.0 A rob mentioned above. Then the latest is 8.1.2SR2.
