fl-cme vs fl-srst

In Cisco ccw after selecting C3925-CME-SRST/K9 it automatically include 25 srst license.
Then is possible to choose fl-cme or fl-srst.

What is the difference considering that in both cases 25 srst license are included?

They are interchangeable, so it does not matter.

If the client would like to add same cucme in different locations in srst is it enough to by the required srst licenses in each location based on the number of phones in each location?
Are there any licensing differences if the cucme are configured in srst or each cucme work as "standalone"?

Correct, you buy it per site
