Following a reboot, publisher CPU utilisation at 100%
I have a problem where if I reload the Call Manager publisher, the CPU utilisation stays at 100% constantly in task manager. The problem goes away if I disable the Cisco Secutity Agent, the utilisation gradually falls to a more normal 10% or below. If I disable and unistall the CSA, the publisher comes up ok. I tried loading on the latest version of CSA 220.127.116.112-3.1.2 but the fault remained the same after reboot.
The setup is one publisher and two subscribers in the cluster.

The below trick might come handy when you have to add a new node to a cluster but you don't have or is unsure of the security password for the publisher. This procedure has been around for ages.
1) Login into the CLI of the Publisher.
