I don't know what happend but since this morning we need to dial twice the FAC in order to dial long distance and for some people even if we dial twice is not working. The message says the code is no valide. I verified the codes and they are all valide. Could someone please help?
It was an issue with the provider and has been resolved. They had applied the long distance codes that the customer was using with their old PBX. Once the provider removed the code in their end, everything started to work. But thanks anyway Gonzalo, I appreciate your reply and am going to rate it.
