Force G.711 codec for all calls

I have four 7962 phones that are connected to a call recording system that can only decode G.711 payloads. Some calls are being negotiated at G.722 when the other endpoint supports it. How can I force G.711 for all calls? The Region setting only sets the BW which will allow both G.711 and G.722 from what I can tell.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Force G.711 codec for all calls

Disable the G722 on the devices or under the global parameters, given the choice between G711 and G722, if both devices are capable of both codecs, G722 has preference if available when the codec negotiation is done.
