In an IPT (CallManager 4.1) environment of over 40 users, only 4 users needs to make external calls. I want to restrict access to external calls strictly to the 4 users. I used FAC which request for a code before the external call goes through. But the issue is this: All 4 users have the same code eg. 12345. Is there a way i can assign different FACs to each of the 4 users? Please help.
