Forcing Phone to download Firmware Files

Hi All,

If I have a phone which is using old firmware files, lets just say a 7942. Is it just a case of downloading the new ones from Cisco, uploading them to my CME, stick in my tftp-server commands so the CME router can serve them, and add the load command for that model of phone? WIll the phone automatically pull down the new files then after I reboot it, or do I need to do anything else?
