Forward DN to Routing Point

Hello,

I have configured a Routing Point and I want to forward a DN to that routing point. The DN is not configured on a phone, it's a DN that I have from the local telco on an E1 trunk. I am using CCM 4.2 . I tryed to create a hunt group

and put the RP as a dn into the hunt group but it doesn't work. How can a forward that DN to the RP?

Re: Forward DN to Routing Point

You can just configure a DN on the CTI Route Point itself. If your E1 is connected to an MGCP configuration, just make sure it's CSS can reach that DN. If you E1 is in an H.323 GW, you may need to add a dial-peer to send the call to the CM as well.
