I have an IP Phone and Unified Mobility association with a cell phone number for a DN. Is it possible to forward calls to voice mail if the line on IP phone busy?
I don't think so as the line on the Remote Destination Profile will be available and you cannot set Busy Trigger to less than 1. Sorry, cannot think of solution.
