Forward to external number question

I have a remote site with a 2811 with FXO ports. One if the FXO ports is set with PLAR to go to a single phone. That phone is set to forward on a no answer to a cell phone.

The user complains about low volume when calls are forwarded. It is my understanding that our system is no longer involved in the call after the froward, and that this is beyond our control. Is this correct?

Call comes in to 2811, CCM sets up call and then forwards out 2811 to cell phone - after setup our system drops out.

Call is now between origination and cell.

Actually, in this scenario, call control is retained by the CCM/2811. The call is received on one port and then sent back out another port. I have also experienced low call volume in this scenario.
