Fresh Subscriber installation, service are not getting started

when I try to start the SUB service I am getting the following error:

Update Failed for the Service(s): Cisco CallManager Allocated licenses consumed by used and pending. Please upload additional licenses (a new license file) and try again

---------------------------

What should be my workaround for this problem, If I apply device lic and applicance lic file can I start the service or I miss some installation steps.

Could please light me on this.

It could be a node license issue if it fails when you try to active CCM Service. What CCM version are you running, have you checked the license report?

Thanks for your reply, after adding the node license the issuse get solved.

I have the same issue with even 2 server licenses are already uploaded. And one still shows as available, but I cannot start the service on the subscriber (CUCM 7.1.3).

Is the node license any different than server license?
