Need to understand how the following functions can be achieved on a Cisco Phone:
FWD PHML button is used to automatically forward your DID line into voice mail. Will the second line ring or just flash when primary line is busy? If it will ring, Can we set up the phones to go right to V/M? – If no audible ring then we don’t need this functionality.
CNCL FWD (CANCEL PHML on some types of phones) button is used to stop forwarding your DID line into voice mail. - Based on the answer for FWD PHML
SYS SPEED button allows you to speed dial a preprogrammed phone number. - Would like to keep however, may not be able to set up at corp level, will need to be pushed to directory, and directory button
2 If you press CFA once it's active, it will deactive it
3 Configure global translation patterns anyone can use. Or, create custom directories
