FXO Call

Dears,

May be what i am asking is funny, but it has been asked to me.

I have a FXO card with 4 ports in router with 4 numbers , when PSTN user dial on port 1 on number 22222222 and if it is engaged , the pstn user should be transfered on port 2 on  number 22222223.

If you mean incoming calls, and you have 4 separate FXOs, each one with their own DN, you should be asking you telco about this, most likely the answer will be no, at least with the setup you have.
