Hello!
Could you please help me!
I have the following topology
PST <-> FXO(UC520)<->SIP trunk (CUCM 9.1)
uc500-advipservicesk9-mz.151-2.T4
The folowing configuration of the port
voice-port 0/1/2
supervisory disconnect dualtone mid-call
supervisory custom-cptone custom-cptone
cptone RU
timeouts wait-release 1
timing hookflash-out 50
timing guard-out 1000
connection plar opx 6309
caller-id enable
Caller ID doesn't display on the ip-phone.
Tried to add the folloving commands:
ring number 2
caller-id alerting ring 2
it did not help
"debug vpm signal" in attachment
Will appreciate any suggestion.
Thank you in advance!

Hello Paolo!
Thank you for your reply!
Actually not because we don't have analog phone in our branch office but telco said they provide caller id.

Denis,
Telco is correct, the caller id is presented...
syslog@9 s_sn="7914" s_tc="12815" s_dc="1827"]: 007860: *Nov 5 15:18:14.828 KRODAR: [0/1/3] get_fxo_caller_id:Caller ID received. Message type=128 length=27 checksum=7F
[syslog@9 s_sn="7915" s_tc="12816" s_dc="1828"]: 007861: *Nov 5 15:18:14.832 KRODAR: [0/1/3] Caller ID String 80 18 01 08 30 32 32 36 31 36 30 33 02 09 61
Do you know what the caller ID number is?
I suggest you use an analogue phone to see when the caller id is presented..after the first ring or second ring etc

actually I call from 88127403010 but in logs everytime I see the different the caller id string.
for example
Caller ID String 80 18 01 08 30 32 32 36 31 38 33 35 02 09 61
Caller ID String 80 18 01 08 30 32 32 36 31 39 32 33 02 09 61
Caller ID String 80 18 01 08 30 32 32 36 31 39 32 34 02 09 61
all calls made from the same number 88127403010
I also tried this
ring number 2
caller-id alerting ring 2
no luck

2811(config-sip-ua)#timers buffer-invite ?
<50-5000> buffer-invite timer value in msec
I would setup 2000 first, then increase the timer if neccesary.
I'm suspecting the Call is received on FXO and forwarded to SIP Trunk faster than the caller id is received from TELCO.
Give it a try and let us know.

Hello Jorge!
Thank you for your response!
I tried the value 2000; 3000; 4000; 5000 but it doesn't help. Anyway I have unknown number on my ip-phone.

It will be better if you capture all the debugs at the same time for the same call.
